What people ask us most
Is the free trial really free?
Yes: the first month of Filo Pro costs nothing. If it’s not for you, cancel from the store before it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the plan you picked starts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your App Store or Google Play settings, in two taps. You stay Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then go back to the free plan without losing anything.
What happens when I run out of the 30 messages?
Filo keeps going: it switches to the quick engine, which understands the most common sentences even offline. Your messages reset the next month; with Pro they never run out.
What if I stop using it one day?
In Settings, “Delete account and data” wipes everything straight away: account, planner, memory and ratings. No need to email us, and nothing is left behind.
Do I need to be online?
No. Offline, Filo still understands the most common sentences and saves everything on your phone: it syncs by itself when you’re back online.
Does it save anything without asking?
Never. Everything it understands is shown in a card you can edit, and every action can be undone.
Can I use my voice?
Yes, in the chat and inside projects. Your phone does the transcription; the audio never reaches us.
What happens to my contacts?
They stay on your phone. They’re only used to recognise the people you mention and let you call them with one tap.
